Nutritious Toddler Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

Toddlers love ice cream and anything that resembles it, so these smoothies are sure to be a hit! You can pack a lot of nutrition in these. According to Juicing for Health, pineapple is loaded with vitamin C, B1 and smaller amounts of B2, B3, B5 and B6.  It is also an excellent source of manganese, copper, magnesium, potassium, beta-carotene, folic acid, and dietary fiber. Try using them for a teething baby, the coldness should soothe their gums!

You will need 1/2 cup each of orange juice and pineapple juice, 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks, and one half of a frozen medium size banana. Blend it all together and serve!
