Zipper Fun!

Enjoy working with zippers, it will be great practice for your toddler. They will enjoy attempting to master this skill on their own and will be on the road to dressing themselves in no time. You will want to prepare this craft ahead of time if your toddler is young.

You will need felt, one zipper, and fabric glue.

Undo the zipper so that you will have two pieces. Glue each piece onto an edge of felt. You will have two pieces of felt. Then you can practice zipping the two pieces of felt together. If you like, cut the felt into half moons so that when they are zipped together, it will form a circle.

In this activity, your toddler will be practicing fine motor skills.
